2. Server and access data
When the website is accessed, technically necessary data may be processed, including IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer, browser and device information. This information supports secure operation, error analysis and abuse prevention. Server-log retention depends on the hosting configuration in use.
3. Valuation function
For a domain valuation, DNx3 processes and stores the entered domain, calculated scores and factors, value ranges and a technical valuation token. In website/project mode, the revenue, profit, stability period and maintenance workload entered by you are also stored.
These data are required to provide the result, associate an optional later certificate with the same valuation and operate the service consistently. Do not enter personal data relating to third parties in the project fields.
4. Technically necessary session
The valuation API uses a PHP session as a simple safeguard against very rapid automated repeat submissions. This can set a technically necessary session cookie. It is not used for advertising or profiling.
5. RDAP lookup
DNx3 attempts a server-side lookup via rdap.org to estimate the registration age of the entered domain. The domain name is transmitted to that service. If no useful registration-age information is available, the valuation continues without that factor.
6. Premium certificate and Stripe
If you purchase the optional €1 certificate, payment is handled through Stripe Checkout. DNx3 stores certificate data, payment status and Stripe session/payment-intent identifiers needed for technical matching. Full card or bank-account details are not stored in the DNx3 database.

7. Public top list
Publication in the DNx3 top list requires both a successfully paid certificate and an additional explicit opt-in. DNx3 stores the opt-in state, timestamp and consent version. Public fields are the domain, DNx3 score and value range; revenue, profit and payment data are not published.
You can end the voluntary publication later through the related certificate/confirmation flow or by contacting the operator.
8. Social sharing
DNx3 does not embed social-like plugins that automatically transmit data on page load. Share buttons are ordinary links or the browser/device share function. A third-party service is contacted only after you actively click its share link.
9. Contact
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide as necessary to handle the request. For valuation questions, please provide only the domain and, where relevant, the certificate number.
10. Legal bases
Technically necessary access and security data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests in operating a secure and functional service. Valuation and certificate data are processed as necessary to provide the requested service or certificate purchase. Public top-list publication is based on your explicit consent.
11. Retention
Valuation and certificate data are retained for as long as needed for operation, technical traceability, certificate verification, abuse prevention or statutory retention duties. Non-public data can be deleted on request where no legal or contractual reason requires continued storage.
12. Your rights
Depending on the applicable legal requirements, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Consent can be withdrawn for the future. You also generally have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority.
13. Changes
If DNx3 introduces new services, tracking technology or additional payment/marketing features, this policy will be updated accordingly. The current core version does not embed social-like trackers or advertising analytics scripts.
